Entries are collected between 8:00 am on September 19 and end at 12:00 pm AST on September 22, 2023. First draw winners will be announced September 23.

Tickets will be drawn by the Kraft Hockeyville Cape Breton Blizzard Local Organizing Committee. As additional tickets become available for the public draw, more winners will be chosen from these entries only. Additional tickets could become available very close to October 1st activities.

Exciting day for two Glace Bay boys who were drafted in the QMJHL Draft on Saturday.

Congratulations to go Rory Pilling ( CB Eagles) and Luke Sinclair ( Moncton Wildcats). 

Glace Bay Minor Hockey is saddened to learn of the passing of local hockey icon, Blair Joseph.

Blair and the Joseph family have had a significant influence on the local, national and international hockey scene for decades.

He was a great player and coach, an all-round nice guy possessing a terrific sense of humor and was always there for speaking engagements and community functions.

He will be missed.

Our deepest condolences go out to the Joseph family and many friends. Rest In Peace Bearcat.
